I was having problems with my parents furnace and they had no heat and it was getting very cold. At the time my father was in the hospital and was a stressful time, however I called Josh with Emergency HVAC and he came right over and thoroughly went through the unit to make sure he pinpointed the problem. Once he did he got the parts on order and as soon as they came in he came back over and got the unit fixed and relieved my parents and I of a big headache that we didn't need. The unit is still working great! I can't recommend Emergency HVAC enough! They make you're emergency their emergency and get the problem taken care of effectively and quickly. Our AC went out suddenly in our offices during peak Texas heat. I immediately texted Josh with Emergency HVAC letting him know we needed it fixed as soon as possible. He promptly responded that he will get it taken care of. Not long after I asked him when he could make it out, he called to let us know he was here and got to work on it. It was fixed in less than a couple of hours! And unlike most emergency services, the cost was affordable. Haven’t had an issue with our system since.
